The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Yakub Ansari, who is alleged to have attacked Khurshid Ansari with Farsa.
