Heard Sri Manjunath V, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri B N Jagadeesha, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent. 3. The petitioner gets embroiled in a crime in Crime No.309 of 2018 of Hanumanthangar police station, which is now tried by the Court of Session in SC No. 1204 of 2024. It is - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21168 CRL.P No. 17256 of 2025 not that the petitioner was not granted bail earlier. The crime was registered in the year 2018. The petitioner was enlarged on bail on police filing a charge sheet. The bail stands cancelled on the score that the petitioner failed to appear before the Court, on a non-bailable warrant being issued. 4. In the light of the fact that the petitioner had been granted bail earlier and it stood cancelled on the score that the petitioner failed to appear before the Court on particular dates, the petition deserves to succeed, while directing that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when directed or when the matter is listed. 5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and bail that was granted to the petitioner on 23-10-2019 in Crl.P.No.6906 of 2019 is restored, with the same conditions that were ordained when bail was granted to the petitioner.
