He has no objection for early disposal of the suit, which is the subject matter of this civil revision petition. However, he would submit that it is only the petitioners, who are dragging on the proceedings, which is denied by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. Since all the parties have agreed for early disposal of the suit, this Court directs the trial court to dispose of the suit O.S. No.307/2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
