In the present contempt petition, petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 876/2025, by which the respondents were directed to take necessary steps for ensuring adequate drinking water facility to the petitioner. 2. Respondents have filed the statement of facts in which they have stated that Department had already issued water connection to the petitioner at village Dheda, from which he has been receiving water without any interruption despite the fact that he has failed to pay water charges. 3. It is further submitted that there is some civil dispute between the petitioner and some local people, who may have disrupted his 2 water supply but the petitioner did not approach the office concerned. 4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has received uninterrupted supply of the water, the order dated 11.04.2025 stands complied and nothing survives for further consideration. 5.
