Learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that, he contacted learned advocate appearing for the Insurance Company who stated that, a notice should be served upon the Insurance Company. 5. Since, the judgment and order dated January 13, 2026 contains an obvious typographical error, it would be appropriate to direct correction thereof. 6. The word “Rs.4,000/-” appearing in paragraph-10 be substituted with “Rs.40,000/-”. 2 7. Department will incorporate the correction in the judgment and order dated January 13, 2026.
