The present Application has been filed to direct payment out a sum of Rs.3,11,03,698.70p/- (Rupees Three Crores Eleven Lakhs Three Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Eight and Paise Seventy only) together witht the interest lying to the credit of C.S.No.89 of 2023 to this petitioner/ Intervenor. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff wuold submit that he had received his entitlement.
