JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 12.08.2024 passed by the writ Court in W.P.No.20834/2024 (KLR-RES) instituted by the respondent herein praying therein for consideration of his representation dated 21.09.2023 for effecting the RTC entries in his name. 2. The learned Single Judge vide impugned judgment and order has not only directed the Tahsildar for consideration of his representation dated 21.09.2023, but has also directed to - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010177572025 NC: 2026:KHC:37547-DB WA No. 393 of 2025 mutate the name of the petitioner to the extent of four acres in Sy.No.18. 3. We therefore, modify the impugned judgment and order dated 12.08.2024 passed by the writ Court in W.P.No.20834/2024 (KLR-RES) and direct the State Authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the revenue records within a period of one month. 4. The petitioner should be afforded an opportunity of hearing before considering the representation dated 21.09.2023, by the concerned revenue authority. 5.
