1. Petitioner filed present contempt petition under Section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of direction dated 25.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP No.16610 of 2016 titled
“Divya versus State of Haryana and Others.”
2. In the aforesaid order respondent No.2 Director General, Elementary Education, Haryana was directed to decide the representation of petitioner dated 18.03.2026 after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing speaking order within four weeks from the passing of order.
3. Notice of motion.
4. On advance notice, Mr. Abhishek Yadav, DAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents. He has placed on record copy of order dated 07.07.2026 passed by the Director General, Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector-5, Panchkula. Copy of the same is furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view of this, no further action is required in the present contempt petition.
6. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to seek legal remedy as per law.
7. In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
8. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
