1. By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.07.31 11:04:13 +0530
2 pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and directed to respondent authority to decided the representation filed by the petitioner and reinstate the petitioner's service and granted all consequential benefits. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and quash the impugned order dated 12.10.2009 (Annexure-P/2). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the reinstatement order issued in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner has joined the duties today.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the petitioner has joined the duties after reinstatement, the main grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and hence, the present petition be disposed of.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the as far as the consequential relief after reinstatement and joining, the petitioner be permitted to submit a representation before the competent authority and some time limit be fixed for
3 taking decision on the said representation which will be filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority for consequential benefit, if any, after reinstatement, and in case, the petitioner will file the same, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. SD/-
