The petitioners pray for pre-arrest bail. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the charge- sheet has been submitted by the investigating agency and the question of custodial interrogation does not arise, hence, prayer for pre-arrest bail has been made. It is submitted that the allegations are omnibus in nature. Learned advocate for the State has handed over the case diary and opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail. Upon perusal of the post-mortem report and considering the nature of the injury the prayer for pre-arrest bail is denied. The co-accused who was granted bail is the wife of the petitioner and she was released on bail on the ground that she had a 13 month old child.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
