Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent University to decide the representation submitted by petitioner for ending his attachment and posting him back to his substantive place of posting ie., office of the Superintendent, Physical Plant, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya, Raipur, within a prescribed time frame of 30 days. 10.2 That, the Honble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the substantive post of Sub-Engineer (Electrical) and is appointed by Respondent No. 1. It is further contention of learned counsel for petitioner PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 that pursuant tot he order Annexure P-2, petitioner was temporarily attached with the Agriculture College and Research Centre, Jagdalpur. As posting of petitioner is by way of attachment only, it cannot be for long period/ endless period. Petitioner after completion of some period of service at the present place of posting has submitted representation for repatriating at his substantive place of posting on 29.08.2024, 29.08.2025 and on 08.01.2026, which till date are pending consideration and therefore direction to the respondents-authorities be issued to consider and take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. Representation, if any, submitted by petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if already not decided. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondents to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
