Considering the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the matter with liberty to challenge the charge sheet. 4. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to challenge charge sheet submitted in the case.
