Learned counsel for the respondent has filed compliance affidavit dated 08.07.2026 in the Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. A speaking order dated 28.04.2026 has been appended with the said affidavit, as Annexure R-1, which is stated to have been passed in deference to the order dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-1). 4.
