Prayer is made in this writ petition for directing the concerned police authorities to take steps in Bhangar Police Station Case No. 88 dated 9th May, 2026. It is contended that there are certain steps which are required to be taken by the concerned police authorities and inaction of the police authorities prompts the petitioner to approach this Court with this writ petition. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has filed a communication dated 24th July, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Bhangar Police Station and same is taken on record. 2 4. If petitioner is dissatisfied with manner of investigation being conducted by the concerned police authorities in that event petitioner needs to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) BNSS 2023. 5. In this regard reliance is placed on the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409 (Sakiri Vasu vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors.). 6. In view of availability of alternative remedy present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed. 7. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in pursuit of remedy. 8.
