Admittedly, the petitioner is not claiming lease over the land in question. He is challenging the lease deed which has been executed and registered in favour of the respondent No.6. 3. Since the petitioner is not claiming any relief for himself, in my opinion, this writ petition is not maintainable. 4. If the petitioner so wishes, he may file a Public Interest Litigation or approach the appropriate forum. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
