Now he is appointed by respondent No.3 as Electrical Assistant by order dated 10.02.2026. A condition is put in the appointment order that the petitioner has to submit caste validity certificate within six months from the date of order. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that it is not in the hands of the petitioner to get the validity certificate issued within the stipulated period. He is already before the Scrutiny Committee. 02.
