The petition in C.M.P.No.4321 of 2026 in C.M.A.SR.No.173901 of 2025 was filed seeking to condone the delay of 648 days in filed the appeal. 3. The said petition was allowed by this Court on 03.03.2026, subject to the condition that the petitioner/Insurance Company shall pay costs of Rs.500/- to the Cancer Institute (WIA), Gandhi Nagar Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai – 20, on or before 16.03.2026. It was further ordered that in the event of failure to pay the costs within the stipulated time frame, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court. 4. The fact remains that the costs of Rs.500/- imposed by this Court have been paid by the petitioner/Insurance Company on 27.03.2026, which is, of course, after the time frame stipulated by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2026. 5.
