The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not aware of the order of the respondent No.4 as no copy of the order was served and requested to dispose of the writ petition recording the written instructions regarding the order of copy by the respondent No.4. Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned counsel representing respondent No.5 represented that he had instructions regarding respondent No.5 2 SL. NO. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE and intended to file vakalat, but in view of the development, he could not appear on record. Perused the record.
