DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 0. 18.06.2026 BSB, J The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No.4 vide Roc.No.123/2026(DT) dated 17.06.2026 informing that the application of the respondent No.5 seeking mutation of the name in the revenue record was rejected vide order in ROC No.04/2026/DT, dated 15.06.2026 and that the relief in the writ petition became infructuous in view thereof. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not aware of the order of the respondent No.4 as no copy of the order was served and requested to dispose of the writ petition recording the written instructions regarding the order of copy by the respondent No.4. Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned counsel representing respondent No.5 represented that he had instructions regarding respondent No.5 2 SL. NO. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE and intended to file vakalat, but in view of the development, he could not appear on record. Perused the record.
