Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “1. To issue writ in the nature of Certiorari to the respondent and quash the impugned notification dated 17.09.2022. Further writ in the nature of mandamus be issued against the Respondent with a command to 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:11797 release the entire arrears of Gratuity DCRG, and communication of revised pension besides other arrears that fell due in favour of the petition on account of revision of pay notified vide notification dated 3.1.2022. 2. That the entire arrears may be directed to be released with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date it fell due.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 27.04.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the petitioner herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
