The petitioners were granted bail by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Calcutta on 12th November, 2018 subject to several conditions one of which was that they would not leave the territorial jurisdiction of Shakespeare Sarani police station until further orders. Charge sheet has been submitted on 5th February, 2014. Trial is yet to commence. There does not appear to be any adverse report against the petitioners. Violation of the conditions of bail has not been alleged. In view of the above, the bail condition that the petitioners shall not enter the territorial jurisdiction of the Shakespeare 2 Sarani police station until further orders is waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. The applications are disposed of. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
