This writ petition assails two notices of auction dated May 7, 2026 and June 27, 2026. 2. It is jointly submitted by both the parties that the auction scheduled to be held by the said two notices fell through. 3. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners have paid the outstanding instalments. However, the learned advocate appearing for the Bank submits that he has no instruction in such regard. 4. It is further submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners have already challenged the action taken by the Bank under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the relevant Debts Recovery Tribunal. 5. In such view of the matter nothing survives to be decided on this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, WPA 15614 of 2026 stands disposed of. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
