The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing impleadment of the present applicant as respondent no. 2 in the AB No. 3 of 2026. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the applicant is the victim in connection with the FIR 32(12) 2025 u/s 329 (3), 74, 115 (2) read with 109 BNSS 2023 of Women Police Station/Imphal West registered against the accused/(respondent herein). It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that as the applicant is the victim in connection with the said FIR registered against the respondent/accused, the applicant wants to be impleaded as respondent in the said Anticipatory Bail Lucy Gurum ayum Digitally signed by Lucy Gurumayum Date: 2026.05.05 16:51:04 +05'30' Crl. Ashapriya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/accused submitted that she has no objection in allowing the impleadment application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to allow the impleadment application. Accordingly, the present impleadment application is hereby allowed. Registry is directed to incorporated the name of the applicant as respondent no. 2 in the connected AB No. 3 of 2026.
