The limited grievance of the petitioner is that despite the transfer order dated 23.03.2026 having been passed, in terms whereof the petitioner has been transferred from Development Block Indora to Development Block, Bagrota Bagwan, he is not being relieved so as to enable him to join at Nagrota Bagwan.

In light of the fact that the petitioner indeed stands transferred in terms of Annexure P-1, dated 23.03.2026, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that relieving order be passed by the Authority on or before 01.04.2026, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to join at Nagrota Bagwan on
