1. By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks a direction towards Competent Authority to consider name of the petitioner for pre-mature release in case FIR No.341/1996 registered under Sections 304B/498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at PS.: Kalyan Puri, Delhi in the upcoming Sentence Review Board Meeting.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the incumbent jail authorities, if, as and when required.
