It appears from the communication dated 24th July, 2026 that based on complaint lodged, FIR has been drawn up being Bhatpara Police Station Case no. 114/2026 dated 20th March, 2026. 4. In the writ petition prayer is made for registration of FIR. Therefore, it appears that grievance of the petitioner is redressed since FIR is registered. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
