In terms of the order passed by this Court, the respondent authorities have brought the original educational certificates of the petitioners and the petitioners have verified the original certificates. After the verification of the said certificates, the petitioners find that the original certificates are available except the degree of MD/MS and marksheets. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the university submits that the university will provide the degree as well as the marksheets of the petitioners within a period one week. 3. The petitioners are satisfied with the documents brought by the State Authorities and the State Authorities have handed over the original documents to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall provide the acknowledgment of all the original certificates to the learned counsel for the State and copy of the said acknowledgment be kept with the record. 4. Learned counsel for the university is directed to provide the degree of MD/MS and the marksheets of the petitioners within a period of one week from date. 5. Accordingly, WPA 26034 of 2025, WPA 26038 of 2025, WPA 26041 of 2025, WPA 26080 of 2025, WPA 26393 of 2025 and WPA 26402 of 2025 stand disposed of. 6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 3 7.
