Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and submits that it is not only the statement of the co- accused but there are materials to suggest including the call data records which establish the communication of the present petitioner with that of the principal accused. 2 Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2045 of 2026 is dismissed.
