The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this court in W.P.No.14103/2021 (GM-KSSIDC). 3. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to consider the complainant's request for execution of the sale deed in respect of Plot No.B-19 at Industrial Estate, Tamaka, Kolar subject to the complainant adhering to the office memorandum dated 01.10.2020. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010611922025 NC: 2026:KHC:37189-DB CCC No. 1208 of 2025 4. The learned counsel for the accused has handed over a letter dated 12.03.2025 addressed to the complainant calling upon the complainant to pay an amount of `11,75,306/- as penalty. The complainant had been granted time up to 30.09.2025 to avail restoration of the plot in question, which was allotted to the complainant on 13.01.1992 and possession was handed over to her on 30.03.1992. The said letter indicates that the complainant had neither raised any construction on the subject plot nor had commenced any production activities, and therefore, she was liable to pay the penalty as demanded. 5. In view of the said communication, we are unable to accept that there is any willful disobedience of the order dated 15.01.2025 and initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
