The instant contempt petition is, thus, not maintainable before this Court. The instant contempt petition is, therefore, dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to file and pursue the contempt petition before the Tribunal if the interim order dated 27.01.2017 is yet to be complied with by the respondents.
