Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by Financial Commissioner (Appeals)-respondent No.1 and dated 26.02.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed by Divisional Commissioner, Rupnagar. 2. Grievance of the petitioner is against sanctioning of mutation No. 982 on the basis of registered Will dated 26.07.2010 vide order dated 03.10.2018. 3. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the parties are already entangled in civil lis, which has travelled upto this Court by way of RSA No.5729 of 2019. 4. Keeping in view that the sanctioning of mutation is purely for fiscal purpose and the same does not decide the title, which has to be determined by the Civil Court, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the present writ petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed.
