This MCC has been filed seeking modification in order dt. 05.05.2026, passed in MCC-390-2026 (Raja Gupta vs. Prem Shankar shukla), whereby due to inadvertence and typographical error in last line of Para-4 the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- before the High Court State Bar Library Fund” has wrongly been typed in place of the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- before the High Court Bar Association for ARPAN SRIVASTAVA Digitally signed by ARPAN SRIVASTAVA Date: 2026.07.31 17:26:45 +0530 2 library fund”. As such, to that extend, order dt. 05.05.2026 is liable to be modified. 3. In that view of the matter, since its a typographical error it is held that the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- before the High Court State Bar Library Fund” occurred in last line of Para-4 of the order dated 05.05.2026, passed in MCC-390-2026 shall be substituted with the words: “subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- before the High Court Bar Association for library fund”.
