Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for renewal of the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there are criminal antecedents of the present petitioner. The concept of bail and anticipatory bail are completely different. As such, the prayer so advanced by the petitioner is refused. Thus, CRM (A) 1895 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
