Though the matter is specially fixed today at 2.00 p.m. for hearing but the learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a written instruction from the petitioner dated July 22, 2026 wherein it is informed that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ application. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ application.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is enjoying the interim order, the interim order may be vacated.
