PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 3 The Court made the following Order: The instant criminal petition has been filed challenging Crime No.371 of 2024 of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District, registered under Section 85 of BNSS and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. During hearing Ms.P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the said case. 3. Considering the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners intends to withdraw the matter and requests to pass interim order in favour of the petitioners, till challenging charge sheet by filing specific application. 4. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are granted liberty to challenge charge sheet submitted in the case. Police shall not call the accused person to the police station and not to take any coercive steps in connection with this case, till filing petition by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
