This writ petition seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 which has been registered as Misc. Case No. 27 of 2024 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, Bardhaman. 3. The petitioner No. 1 claims to be a secured creditor under the SARFAESI Act. 4. Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties and having considered the material-on-record, this writ petition is disposed of by requesting the 2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, Bardhaman to dispose of the petitioners’ application under Section 14 of the 2002 Act which has been registered as Misc. Case No.27 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. 5. WPA 16797 of 2026 stands disposed of.
