Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. Learned HCGP submits that, petitioner was arrested in Crime No.1 of 2026 by Satyamangala Police, Tamil Nadu State, for similar offences and the concerned Court has now issued body warrant in this case as against the petitioner and has directed to produce him before the Court in the present case on 30.07.2026. He has also produced a copy of the body warrant issued against the petitioner in Form No.36 by the concerned court in Crime No.14 of 2026 registered by Kollegala Town Police Station, Chamarajanagara District.
