The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.189 of 2023 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 143, 353 and 188 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and others were agitating with regard to the road accident which took place at BIADA road in which one person has died. He further submits that the said allegation is made against 100 to 150 persons and three of the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6326 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer 2026:JHHC:9940 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1344 of 2026 and submits that allegations are there of blocking the road. 5. Considering that in identical situation three of the co- accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABA and the petitioner was agitating with regard to the road accident in which a person has died and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
