Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19th of February, 2026. 2. Records of the case reflect that petitioner was absconding for a period of almost four years after the Hon’ble Supreme Court affirmed the order of cancellation of bail in the year 2022. 2 3. Having considered the conduct of the present petitioner and he is in the process of evading the Courts I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M (M) 1469 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7.
