This is a petition seeking interim bail and suspension of sentence dated 30.09.2024. 2. The convict’s (Dhanapal) daughter marriage is slated to be held on 11.06.2026 admittedly, and since counter is yet to be filed in the miscellaneous petition, we are not inclined to consider the question of suspension today. 3. However, in view of the imminent wedding in the family, we are granting interim suspension and bail on the following conditions:- (i) The first petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, with two independent sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court of the Trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Perambalur.
