Prakash, undertakes to enter appearance for the second respondent- Sri Adi-Chunchangiri Educational Trust. 2. The present petition concerns two persons who are not yet drawn as an accused. The investigation is on. In that light, the investigation shall continue. 3. The Learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are not yet called for investigation nor they are drawn as an accused. 4. The Learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioners would co-operate for investigation. No coercive steps be taken against them.
