Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ application with the liberty to approach before the Court having jurisdiction. 4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 17461 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach before the Court having jurisdiction. 5.
