The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: “(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of "Certiorari" application for disposal dated of an 20.04.2026 of Mutation (Annexure-P4) which was given to the Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna belongs to share of these five brother (petitioner) here and after mutation provide possession after due measurement from Respondent No. 11 and 12 who have illegally construct a boundary wall over the said plot, sold by the Respondent No. 7 and identified by Md. Fayaz and Md. Ayaz both S/o Md. Reyaz. (ii) for issuance of such direction/directions to the Respondents and any other relief/reliefs which the petitioners may be entitled on the basis of such directions.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it will suffice if the respondent no. 6, the Circle Officer, Danapur decide the matter which he has kept pending for long. 4. This Court has repeatedly seen that the Successive Revenue Authority sit over the matter for long without deciding it. In this particular case, four weeks’ time is granted to the Circle Officer, Danapur to decide the case of the petitioner failing which, he is expected to get an adverse order. 6.
