Bordoloi, learned counsel for the applicants /petitioners and Ms. H. Terangpi, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department for the opposite party / respondents. This is an application seeking for striking out the names of the applicants - writ petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 and 7 in the connected WP(C) No. 3564/2025. Mr. P. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to changed circumstances during the pendency of the connected writ petition, the applicants / petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 and 7 are not interested to pursue their grievances in the said writ petition. Therefore, prays for striking out their names, i.e., the applicants nos. 1, 2, 4 and 7 from the WP(C)/3564/2024. Having considered that applicants who are writ petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 and 7 in the aforesaid connected writ petition and are no longer willing to pursue their grievances due to changed circumstances, I deem it appropriate to allow this application.
