2. Mr. Deepak Bharadwaj and Mr.Vikas Uniyal, Brief Holders for the State/respondent nos. 1 & 2.
3. Ms. Sweta Sharma and Ms. Gunjan Kanwal, Advocate, holding brief of Ms. Asmi, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.
4. By means of the present petition, the petitioners have sought quashing of the FIR dated 16.10.2025, registered as FIR No. 510 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 319(2), 324(5), 336 (4), 338, 340(2), 352, and 61 (2) of BNSS, 2023, PS Gangnahar, District Haridwar.
5. This petition along with Compounding Application (IA No. 1 of 2026) itself duly supported by affidavit of the petitioners and respondent no.3 (victim). On interaction with the respondent no.3, who is duly identified by
learned counsel Ms. Sweta Sharma, has stated that the differences and disputes have been settled between them, therefore, he does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
6. In view of the above, the Compounding Application is allowed. Parties are permitted to compound the offences.

7. Accordingly, the FIR No. 510 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 319(2), 324(5), 336 (4), 338, 340(2), 352, and 61 (2) of BNSS, 2023, PS Gangnahar, District Haridwar, qua the petitioners are hereby quashed.
8. Present Criminal Writ Petition stands
disposed of. Urgency application & Compounding Application stand disposed of accordingly.
