Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. This writ petition alleges inaction on the part of the WBSEDCL Authorities in dealing with the petitioner’s representation against the respondent WBSEDCL Authorities at pages 37 and 38 of the writ petition and submits that despite objections being raised, transformer has been installed on the property of the petitioner. It is submitted that the objections have not been dealt with. 3. Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing for the WBSEDCL Authorities submits that the representation at page 38 of the writ petition has never reached the WBSEDCL Authorities. It is further submitted that online objection at page 39 does not bear any date. It is further submitted that no 2 transformer has been installed on the petitioner’s property. However two poles have been erected and those poles are also outside the boundary of the petitioner’s property. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has raised objections which are appearing at pages 37 and 38 of the writ petition, the respondent WBSEDCL Authorities are directed to dispose of the said representations of the petitioner upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the petitioner’s case and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent WBSEDCL Authorities, in accordance with law. 6. WPA 17067 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
