1. The present writ petitions have been filed for the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriated writ directing the respondent au- thorities for releasing the remaining back wages along with yearly increments for the service duration dated 29.06.2018 to 16.08.2019 (till VRS order) for the peti- tioner as provided under rules. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), as it may deems fit and Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.07.30 12:29:24 +0530

On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities to release the remaining back wages along with annual increments for the period from 29.06.2018 to 16.08.2019 (till the date of the VRS order). 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not oppose the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 4. In view of the limited prayer, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such representation being filed, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with the applicable rules, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a further period of two weeks’ from the date of receipt of representation. 5. Since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, a copy of this order be forwarded to the petitioner forthwith

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the cases of the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the present writ petitions stand disposed of. Sd/-
