After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the CRLMP and its annexures, I am not inclined to issue any direction to the Superintendent of Police and the Inspector-in- Charge, Kamakhya Nagar Police Station, Dhenkanal in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. The CRLMP is accordingly dismissed. 4. Mr. Byomakesh Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the availability of alternate remedy, he shall approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate orders. 5.
