2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
“(i). for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent state officials to construct the Sobhan - Ekmi Bypass Corridor as per the initial alignment made on 07.04.2025 as the same has been changed without consent of the farmers and and on pressure of some influential persons who big houses were coming on the way of earlier alignment. (ii) for quashing the land acquisition notice dated 28.03.2026 issued in Land Acquisition Case No. 39 of 2024-25 by the Collector, Darbhanga. (iii) for staying the operation of land acquisition notice dated 28.03.2026 issued in Land Acquisition Case No. 39 of 2024 25 by the Collector, Darbhanga during pendency of the present writ petition. (iv) for any other relief reliefs to which the petitioners are found entitled in

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if his case is taken up by the respondent no. 5, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Darbhanga.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.
5. In that background, granting liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition is
disposed of.
