The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Act VIII Case no.13 of 2024 under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure from the learned Family Court at Asansol Sadar, Paschim Burdwan to the Court of the learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah. 4. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides with her child at Rathtala (Barabagan), Post Office-Hooghly, Police Station-Chinsurah, Hooghly. 5. On the other hand the husband/opposite party resides at Mohishila Colony, Green View Park, P.O. Asansol, P.S. Asansol (South), District- Paschim Burdwan. 6. Considering the fact that the original place of residence of the child is at Chinsurah, Hooghly, this Court relying upon an order dated 2 27.03.2026 in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors. directs that Act VIII Case no. 13 of 2024 be withdrawn from the learned Family Court at Asansol Sadar, Paschim Burdwan and be transferred to the learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah. 7. The learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 8. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah, shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 9. CO 1882 of 2026 stands disposed of. 10. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 11. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court for immediate compliance. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
