Vide order dated 19.03.2026, learned State Counsel was asked to get instruction in the matter as to whether pursuant to proclamation notice dated 19.12.2025, auction of secured assets of petitioner has been made or not.

Today, learned State Counsel on instruction submits that auction of secured assets of petitioner has not been done.

Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.4 submitted that in compliance of Order dated 22.01.2026 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, petitioner has not been deposited the amount of Rs.50,000/- along with submission of OTS proposal.

Purely on humanitarian ground, petitioner is granted further 10 days time from the date of
2026:UHC:1993 2 production of certified copy of this order, to move such application along with the amount of Rs.50,000/- as per order dated 22.01.2026. If such an application is moved by petitioner, the respondent No.4-Bank shall consider and decide the same sympathetically. If petitioner fails to file OTS application along with the amount of Rs.50,000/- before the respondents, respondents shall be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands disposed of.
